Spring is the most beautiful time of year! Now that it has finally arrived, many people are thankful for the bright sunshine and longer days.
Many other people, however, are not as excited. The sunshine and longer days are just as exciting for them, but the spring brings a host of health challenges that tend to stifle their excitement. More often than not, those health challenges are caused by the seasonal discomfort of allergies.

3 drops Lemon Essential Oil
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
3 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
Add water to your diffuser, add oils and enjoy!
