A positive outlook and low stress in your life can mean the difference when adopting a new lifestyle. Go international when you experiment with recipes and foods. Opening your palate, taste buds and foodie horizon to new, fun recipes can help you easily transition.

Always Add Before You Subtract

You can still enjoy things like cheese, coffee creamer, and milk - you just need to explore alternatives. Positively incorporate whole grain, beans, legumes, nuts, seeds, and tofu into your diet. Explore ways to incorporate your favorite recipes on plant based recipe websites. For instance, if you love Indian and paneer sub tofu. There are always ways to get creative and still feel full in your new plant based life.

Motivation Through Social Media

Social media doesn’t have to be painful or ugly. You can find motivation to stick with your plant based diet by joining facebook groups or local in person groups. You’ll find daily reminders, recipes, and motivation to stick with your lifestyle changes. You will likely feel the need to cheat in the beginning and groups can help you stick to it!

Go With Small Changes

Small changes are the way to stick with the diet and fully transition into the lifestyle, Start slow. Rome wasn’t made in a day, and transitioning into any new lifestyle and eating habits should be treated the same way. You’re more likely to be successful if you don’t trigger cravings by not allowing yourself to eat certain foods when your body is mentally craving those foods.
