I love incorporating healthy fats and essential oils into my wellness routine – they’re both so wonderfully beneficial, and they love (LOVE) each other!
This recipe for guacamole is a perfect way to bring the two together, and you can modify it any way you see fit, depending on your dietary needs.
The Basics: • 2 ripe avocados (seeded and smashed) • 2 drops doTERRA Lime essential oil • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
That’s all you really need to make the most basic idea of guacamole. Mix those ingredients together, and enjoy with tortilla chips or veggie chips.
If you want to spice it up from there, add any any of these extras: • 2 cloves minced garlic • ¼ cup minced red onion • 3-5 drops of hot sauce • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped • ¼ cup tomato, small diced Make it all yours! Add in what you like, and create your own delicious recipe of guacamole!
