I wanted to create a fun playlist that would allow you to relax into your yoga practice or feel energized by your practice. Maybe even both! I love finding songs that move me in both directions, depending on my mood.
For example, I know I’ve listened to ODESZA “How Did I Get Here” during a gentle yin session, and again while dancing around the kitchen making dinner. Listen to this playlist and let me know what song made you feel a burst of energy or feel like you should relax just a little further.
This playlist also includes one of my favorite songs of the moment Vibration by Sophia Black... groovy and chill all in one song.
