Take Time for YOU – the Playlist
We are quickly coming up on the time of year that brings a lot of joy – and a lot of stress. It’s more important than ever to ensure you’re practicing self-care. Here are a couple of ideas meant to inspire you to take some time to focus on your own health and wellbeing:
Create a gratitude journal
Each morning, take 60 seconds to write down a few things you’re grateful for. Don’t make a new list for every day, keep adding to one list. At the end of the week, you’ll have a brief list of things you’re grateful for, and a much larger idea of how good your life truly is.
Make time to relax
With everything else going on, you hardly have time for yourself. It’s important to shut out everything else and focus on yourself, even for just a few minutes every day. Take a yoga class or enjoy a long bath with a relaxing playlist like the one I’ve created for you here. Enjoy a few moments of peace and relaxation all to yourself in order to feel energized and ready to face the rest of your week!
